Pros
You have the freedom and trust from leadership to implement what you need to do your job and make Unite successful. Makes it easy to be a big fish in a smaller pond. There's no corporate, political red tape. Leadership is always within reach and available. Benefits and PTO are great. I'm not micromanaged.
Cons
So many smart people, it can be intimidating but also inspiring. We are still growing so from time to time, the workload can be heavy in one area, it comes with the territory of being a strong team.
