There is no-one to answer your queries though you are deployed at client location and need an update. Salary will be processed on the basis of approval from your client location, If your manager is on leave, best of luck. No mention of paid leaves anywhere in the offer letter they provide, It is just a 2 page letter stating you to report at the client location. They will take continuous follow-ups till you have joined the company and treat you as an asset, once you join you will be struggling to find anyone that can help you in matter of urgencies. No portal , No company mail id , nothing is provided to you , you communicate to HR using your Gmail account. Queries are answered if you are lucky and find a person only verbally, no documentation. They will fool you by saying if your performance is good, the client company will take you on their payroll in 6 months. Even if the client company is willing to take you, they will not provide them with required documents in time so that they can proceed. Experienced it first hand, instead of supporting you for a smooth transitioning to client payroll they will do whatever in their limits to make you work on their payroll so they can milk more money from you. They do not mention about their policies anywhere , nor you are given in written anywhere nor in your offer letter, only verbally. Such is their policy of processing your full and final after 90 WORKING DAYS , that too on month end. You will get to know about this once you have left the company.
