At first we had few meetings, training, coaching, team meeting or building. Over 5 years, this decreased to literally zero. So much so, that noone actually talked to me for 5 months, before pushing me over the edge so, much that they could find a reason to fire me. No salary increase or any bonuses for the last 3 years.
