      Pros

      I can't think of no pros working in the company. I worked the company as a fresh graduate from NIT Silchar. The only pros I can think of is the job familiarized me with industry tools. Apart from that nothing.

      Cons

      You'll find lot of senior employees who are basically slackers. They only try to get work done from freshers. Managers will micromanage you like crazy and you don't have scope to learn anything from them.

      Pros

      The company does a good job communicating what their ongoing and ultimate goals are.

      Cons

      Advancement opportunities don't seem to be the most clear or abundant, but it's also convoluted and could heavily depend on which team you're hired onto since it's a contracting company.
