Highly toxic, manipulative, homophobic, money-driven owners. Squeezes every drop of time and energy out of you and still expect more.

Working in an international environment.

The employer did not follow the Employment Standards Act while I worked there and tried to convince me I was not entitled to overtime pay and paid staat holidays despite printed information from an ESA officer proving the opposite. I was made feel very uncomfortable. Additionally, boundaries during time off were not respected. The employer also changed my schedule (which affected compensation) with less than 24 hours notice.
