Pros

Flexible WFH Benefits package is good Pay is great

Cons

Turnover is absolutely insane, both voluntary and involuntary. There is a major lack of organization and communication within leadership and leaders/managers will through you under the bus without question. Projects and teams are so disorganized and all over the place there is zero structure to anything. They hire people for specific projects and then will let them go or remove them from said project without explanation. No room for growth. If you are in a leadership position, you’re good.

We appreciate your candor and consider all the feedback that comes through. We’re proud to offer our team an agile and flexible workplace that allows you to shape your life and work the way you want it. Over the last few years we have been on a growth journey, becoming Unispace Group – a portfolio of brands that creates spaces that enhance the human experience across workplace, life sciences, branded experiential environments, hospitality and retail. Most recently, we have deepened our industry specialization in life sciences and experiential design by acquiring several businesses. Integrating new businesses and people can create a lot of uncertainty and pressure but ultimately our new brands will also mean endless opportunities for our people. Our policies and procedures are regularly reviewed in line with best practice and we’ll certainly consider your comments.

Pros

Unispace is for lack of better words, a "Design-Build" company but it is really so much more. You get to sit, as a designer, with your fellow estimators and builders and build a better mousetrap. I have learned so much about actual construction processes, means, methods, costs and best practices since moving to Unispace. It is fast paced and no one wears one hat so you never get board. It is truly a mecca for a pro-active doer who wants to break convention and do something better.

Cons

It is fast-paced....not for the faint of heart. Also, as a global company with a national team that operates as one, sometimes communications slip between cracks.

Pros

Some good people, but that’s changing quickly

Cons

No clear company strategy. Top management changes all the time. Sales funnel is particularly weak. Work environment is toxic and highly inefficient.
