      Pros

      As a whole, Uniserve is a great company to work for. Coming straight from University, the company has supported me along my learning curve to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills needed to be able to assist and lead projects. They have pushed me to my limits, unlocking skills that I myself thought I could never do. There isn't a moment in my day where I have nothing to do. There is always something for me to contribute to and always something new to learn from my Team.

      Cons

      The only small downside I would say is that on rare occasions the office does get too loud. Good thing is, it's not everyday.

      Pros

      The TA team is fantastic, highly driven and motivated Tough market at the moment but all our stakeholders are supportive and understanding

      On thew whole while we have some great benefits some could be better

      Thanks for your review. We now have a Wellness Committee looking at our benefits and have introduced a number of initiatives recently to help our Managers to support their teams
