Pros
Great training, two full weeks of classroom style training and the trainer was very helpful. Helpful coworkers, if you got stuck on something or need help with a call, there was always someone available to try to help. Easy software, basically the scheduling software guides you through every call. Work from home, they supply all of the equipment and understand if you need to step away for a moment.
Cons
As someone who lives in a HCOL area, the pay was not that great. The work can be very repetitive. Certain days were very slow with calls.
