Pros
Remote working and being responsible for your own day. Some lovely, genuine people in the business who are hardworking and incredible passionate about what they do.
Cons
It's become an environment that is outdated in their thinking, toxic from the top down and unfortunately likeminded people have been given jobs, because it's all about who you know and not how good you are at your job, that's how you get promoted. Loss of the managers who knew the business, because of the lack of value that was shown to them, has really impacted on the sales teams and the relationships between managers and teams is now nonexistent, if you can get an answer from them at all it's a miracle. there is no communication from them, they don't keep the teams updated on their roles or anything to do with the business. you are left feeling abandoned and wondering why you are doing the job, because there is no recognition for your efforts. And let's not mention that they've not given the teams any pay raise in the last few years! While they all continue to receive increases and bonuses. it's no wonder they've lost so many staff in the last year.
