For the fact that you aren’t making a lot of money, the management is inexperienced and doesn’t know how to encourage or collaborate with the staff. Instead they abuse their power and talk down to the employees and give them menial punishments and make them feel frustrated and devalued. Also all the male authority will consistently treat female staff like they are unintelligent and their opinions are useless. They also give women worse shifts and won’t teach them the same tasks/responsibilities as the males.
