- More executives than support staff, which often resulted in too many cooks in the kitchen or competing deadlines.
- Constantly reinvents itself without the infrastructure to support any of its vision. Started out as a pharmaceutical company, then a supplier to emergency professionals, then became a retailer (MyClyns), then became a direct-selling/MLM company, fundraising, with other endeavors in the pipeline.
- Expects employees to work beyond job title and responsibilities without providing the training and professional development to accomplish the new role.
- Very high turnover for such a young company.
