Well paid for the position, in very fast pace always changing environment. lots of potential, if you are willing to move at a moments notice.
Cons
terrible training program. They call it on the job, but depending on your supervisor you may get none. I had both ends, one who did not show or teach anything the other gave me everything I needed to be successful.
