Pros
Good pay and job security, you pay into Railroad Retirement instead of Social Security. Not a lot of opportunities outside of Omaha, but enough in-house.
Cons
Good ol boy culture, and is very outdated. A lot of cliques, not a lot of opportunities outside of Omaha, NE. Not a lot of work life balance, its really is a 24 hour company.
