The work life balance is horrible. You will not be appreciated and you will put in very long hours. Newly hired Engineering Associates will have to compete with union employees for management jobs which limit opportunities for advancement. If you are an engineering major, do not expect to do any engineering work. The company as a whole does not respect its employees and the communities in which is does business with. Do not expect to succeed as a minority in the engineering department. This company is founded on good ole boy principles, is sexist and is run mostly by neanderthals.
