- Work you do will actually go into production (mine did) - There are a lot of resources to collaborate with other teams (my project served as a client for another intern project, and I had clients in Engineering and Sales) - There are a lot of opportunities to get mentorship from senior leaders (I had regular lunches with directors, AVPs, and even our CIO) - Everyone is willing to help - Culture is very welcoming and interns get a lot of perks (free lunches weekly, gym membership, discount at cafe, free entry into ERGs) - Lot of room to move around to different roles and positions internally - Full time benifits are amazing
