No personal or work life balance. Everything is about money, and how low budgeted everything is because they cannot exceed a threshold. Always hiring, but never can afford to hire and give hours to staff. Poorly ran throughout the whole ecosystem, which is distribution, accelerator, and stores. Expect feedback to be ignored. Accelerator products do not sell as well due to expensive pricing, little to no marketing or poor marketing. Distribution has their flaws but barely hanging by a thread with product expirations, rat feces, and with not many bodies to help.
