Pros
I really liked Departmental Chair that I reported to - he was very down-to-earth, always had time for me, and was supportive during an absentee issue that required administrative contact. I had a lot of leeway in terms of curriculum development and really enjoyed the students I had.
Cons
They never sent my first paycheck (although worked out for my second), and, despite multiple requests, never got a mailbox at either location. Parking at the Elizabeth campus is terrible, and I had to pay every day. While the pay is better than other adjunct jobs I had, it is not great overall.
