favoritism nepotism... all the ism - Anonymous employee Union Bank Employee Review

Horrible place to work. Immediate Manager is incompetent and a bully. I am unclear as to how he got the job because it isn't about his analytical or people skills. He has none. Generally, I see a lot of favoritism from the senior management team. Not a great place to work.
