Very good benefits with exception of their health insurance, which it is extremely expensive. some people grow within the bank, but it is very political.
Cons
totally lock of regard for financial advisors, they are treated as sales assistants. There is lack of guidance and no clear expectation from senior management. Change the title or change the behavior towards them...
