Pros
* Opportunities to work in a fast moving market. * Technically challenging and complex products * Latest design and working practices implemented by the company * Good environment in which to work
Cons
* Although technically challenging, the work became less varied as focus became more on product and less on innovation. * Lots of legacy products meant that backward compatibility could become a nightmare. * Opportunity to work on development outside of telecoms now non-existent since contracting was stopped. Even if there was slack in the workforce and work was available we could not do it.
