Wonderful company with growth & learning environment - IT Business Analyst Unicode Solutions Employee Review

I worked at Unicode Solutions full-time for more than a 3 months- You learn a lot here while working. Top management is very supportive. Zero level of politics and you will be rated as per your work and skills.

But it is good to have some flexible working hours rather than the strict working hour. They may ask you to leave the organization anytime by giving any reason and you don't sign the bond then also( they will provide you bond after working over there more then 2 months), if you are late for even a single minute, they will deduct your salary. Provide some basic culture instead of making it like a school don't fire people like they are slaves, they are working for you and you that's why you are paying Provide salary on time Worst Managers and Management.

Never join this company, its a group of all fake people, they may ask you to leave the organization anytime by giving any reason, if you are late for even a single minute, they will deduct your salary. No learning, you can only survive if you are a good butterer
