Pros
Awesome work-life balance and great colleagues. I really enjoyed working for UniNow as the company gives students a lot of responsibilities. They gave us KPIs that we had to reach but we as students were able to shape the way of reaching those goals as we preferred.
Cons
The pay could have been a bit higher as it was not more than the "mindestlohn"
