Not too many pros, the tech stack is old and latelly management kept changing with new people that had no idea what is hapening on the department. One of the pros would actually be the Sindicate that helps the employees in cases where the management make a bad move against the employee.
Cons
Bad salaries, management that had cut 20% of all personnel in 2022 and old tech stack.
