Ouch! Well... definitely not the kind of review one likes to read but definitely reinforces that we need to continue in our efforts to improve our communications and work at making Uni3T a place we all enjoy working at. I appreciate that you did take the time to share your feedback – hopefully we can engage in meaningful discussions to improve the situation for everyone at the company and work together at building an environment we are happy and proud of.

Pros

- Working with some of the smartest people in Montreal, the brain power here is going through the roof - You're constantly encouraged to discuss new ideas and concepts, whether it's about the product, marketing, technology etc.. anyone is welcome to share! - Flexible hours - Trusting and nurturing environment, strong core values - A startup with big needs and a relatively small team that allows you to be given challenging responsibilities if you wish to - The benefits are comfy as well - We have the cutest and friendliest office mascot, Bonnie!

Cons

- Some weeks can get somewhat stressful as we are a goal-oriented team, but management actually knows how to be thankful and rewarding - A good portion of the management layer has recently been replaced, which leaves the organizational structure still to be defined (not necessarily a bad thing)

Pros

- The company has a great mission to help health companies innovate, so I really feel like I can make an impact by working here. - I really like the team and many activities are organized to bring people together and be more than just coworkers, it's a great environment to work in. - There is a lot of flexibility with the hours. I don't have to worry if I need to schedule a medical appointment during the week, start a bit later or finish a bit earlier.

Cons

It is a startup so there is not as much structure and stability as a big company, a lot of things are still in the process of being put in place like HR policies, benefits etc.
