1) you get to work with a team full of talent and overall culture is awesome, there is complete self governance policy here and flat hierarchy which enables everyone to understand what's going on, on an overall basis. 2) Quality of work is great and if you have got some ideas to try, leadership team is quite open to listening and further supporting 3) Flexibility of work and supportive colleagues
