They really care about their employees and will make sure you are trained well and taken care of when it comes to other knowledgeable movers who can teach and demonstrate how to be successful as a professional mover.
Cons
Communication with management can sometimes be nonexistent due to phone lines being blocked by other movers. Also, weekend jobs will have little to no communication with management because they are not in the office on weekends. Therefore, if there are any issues with a move, you will most likely have to wait until Monday for a response.
