Pros
Experience of growing a business Generally smart people in many departments Young work culture (comes with its downsides too) Self-driven environment (flip side of inexperienced managers) You will enjoy depending on which team you are on and who you are working for (again, not a great advert)
Cons
Company is just beginning to learn the spelling of "diversity" and "inclusiveness" Many leaders are old school and stale. little perspective, especially if they have been with the company for 10+ years Huge culture of favoritism. (White) boys club mentality. There are pockets of good teams, but if you work for the wrong team or manager, it can feel like a very different company! Not the best financial stewardship (for many years now)
