Leadership is not transparent with employees Management is dysfunctional to say the least Production team works extremely inefficiently Yearly raises, if you get one, do not even cover cost of living Diminishing team morale is not a concern to management/leadership CEO and Leadership team did not personally address those affected by layoffs - nearly 30% of the company

Lots of amazing talent working here. The management, such as the CEO, is always doing their best to look out for their employees and will always tell you exactly what's going on, regardless if it's in their best interest to do so or not. Fantastic company culture.
