I worked at this agency as a support staff member and, unfortunately, had a negative experience. The company struggles with micromanagement, especially in the sales department, which can create a challenging work environment. During my time there, I faced several issues related to communication and management practices. For instance, after being promised a stipend increase, the decision was later reversed without clear explanation, leading to significant frustration. Ive been terminated from this agency without any warning nor PIP, nor they’ve shared me the termination letter as they should which they didn’t. I was once interned here for some months, promised to me to increase my stipend after few months, i gave them the required resources when the time came they changed their mind, but somehow they increased my increment based on my previous performance, now coming to the major part - they revoked my previous increment based on my present performance, we had critical arguments regarding the same and tried to prove themself what in the company/agency does that, only a third class with zero understanding about the policies/compliance would do this, there is ‘NO’ policy that states company can revoke increment once its been issued, but they breached the policy. After some months. I joined them as executive and they tried to offer me Way below the market standards to a support staff, after some hard negotiation the salary changed. Being a start up, the first rule is to invest money on resources needed but no they have more time to micromanage and cost cutting with 0% retention rate. Without providing proper resources to an they expect 100% outputs, even then i gave them excellent resources but was never appreciated for the same, in their agency 90% of their employees are exhausted, frustrated (and they are in touch with me) because of the dirty politics and favouritism by the top management. If this is the case with a support staff who manages both management and employees of a company you can expect what it would be with an ordinary employee. I hold all the documented proofs (Videos/mails)against them if they threat me by sending legal notice. And those fake 4-5 stars/comments you see on google are posted through fake emails and some employees requested by the company to sustain in the market, they know how bad their services are… I humbly request you do not leave your present organisation for startups like this. This company is established 4-5 years before and still it is a startup company, now you can imagine. DON’T TRUST ME? JOIN THEM AND FEEL THE CONSEQUENCES.
