      New leaders driven by ambition/power and in-office politics. Priorities change too often. No confidence in the future

      Pros

      Unbound is an amazing place to work. Strong mission, vision, and leadership. Incredibly impact doing really important work. Great benefits and truly strive to treat employees with respect investing in people and their growth. I have referred multiple friends to work here and will continue to do so. :)
