Pros
I gave it 4 stars, but it should really be more of a 4.5. Unfortunately, glassdoor does not allow that. The people are fantastic. It's a wonderful environment to work in, especially for neurodivergent folks. Everyone is treated like a real human, not just a tool to get the job done. The culture is fantastic and welcoming to everyone, and people genuinely care about about everyone else's well being, both physical and mental. Folks affected by natural disasters and such are afforded time off and financial assistance as well.
Cons
The salary is hard to get by on if you live in higher cost of living areas and don't have the means to move elsewhere, as it's not adjusted based on location. Due to rising costs of living, I've been financially forced to begin to explore other potential opportunities, despite not actually *wanting* to.
