Get punished when quarterly profits are not meet by employees getting laid off even when team numbers are already sparse.
Company runs on the style of short term gain, long term loss.
Does not try to manage or disiplne problematic employees.
Often too much work and not enough resources to get it done.
Though we are not expected to work overtime we very often do because the amount of work to get done is so much.
Lacks innovation.
