Pros

Working at Ultimate Image Printing has been a truly rewarding experience. The company has a strong creative culture, and you can tell that they genuinely care about delivering top-quality work for their clients. The variety of projects—from event graphics to direct mail and vehicle wraps—keeps things interesting and challenges you to learn and grow constantly. Leadership is approachable and supportive, and the recent acquisition of CalSign Wholesale has only added more tools and capabilities to the team. I also really appreciate the strategic location near major convention centers and John Wayne Airport—it makes operations smooth and client work efficient.

Cons

Like any company that values quality and quick turnaround, things can get fast-paced, especially during busy seasons. Occasionally, you may find yourself juggling a few roles at once—but if you’re someone who thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, it’s more of a challenge than a drawback.

Pros

Fast growing company. Very honest company. Provide great product. Fast pace environment. Excellent team all around. Sharp production team. Very organized company and excellent product. Customer service is wonderful.

Cons

There are very few cons. Shipping sometimes can be confusing depending on the product and if it needs crates or not. Pricing of the shipping is always a negotiation. Customers not paying up front can be an issues at times. They should collect payment for all jobs up front. All artwork prints at least.
