      Pros

      The culture is absolutely mind-blowing. Plenty of employers talk the talk but so rarely walk the walk. Trust is immediately given and everyone is always happy to take the time out to collaborate and help. Management are genuinely open and transparent speaks volumes, making sure that everyone shares the vision. It all means that day-to-day you feel valued right from the start and that are genuinely helping towards the company's success.

      Cons

      None to speak of, as long as you are prepared for the start-up mindset.

      Pros

      * Co-founders are great people who genuinely want to see people thrive, and are willing to bet on their employees * The people are generally nice * Tech is interesting - (k8s, TS/node, NLP) * Generally good W/L balance * Good company values

      Cons

      * Cross-functional department are still figuring out how to best work with each other to make the company successful * Some clients are so big that the management directive is to "do whatever it takes"
