Pros
1. Supportive colleagues and leaders:
- Joined here as a fresh graduate with no prior working experience, but I was given strong support from the start. Leaders and seniors consistently provided guidance whenever I faced challenges, helped me adapted quickly to the environment and role.
2. Strong career growth opportunities
- As this is a fast growing company, there are clear prospects for promotion and salary progression as long as performance is strong. The company is also highly committed to talent development, with regular training and support provided to help employees grow.
3. Good work-life balance — in our team, people generally come and go based on their working hours, and there is no OT culture. After work, during leave, or on weekends, as long as tasks are properly handed over in advance, colleagues and leaders fully respect personal time and will not disturb or message. Overtime is not encouraged and will even criticized by colleagues/leaders haha.

Cons
1. Office seating arrangement stressful
- Due to open office layout where everyone sits in a shared place and conversations are easily heard, reducing privacy and make it harder to fully focus especially during busy or sensitive discussions.
- Office refreshments are very boring, only biscuits and instant cup noodles to curb hunger.
2. Cross-team communication can be sometimes less smooth, miscommunications across teams can happen quite frequently resulting in extra work.
3. Communication with hiring managers can sometimes be challenging, where it's very challenging to get their replies and approvals on certain hiring projects. This makes it difficult for TA to proceed smoothly, and we often need to follow up and send multiple reminders to keep processes moving.
