Pros
Prestige the department I worked in, is really the only one thats decent to work in. You get some gratis when they train you which was seldom at least at my store, also as a Prestige lead you make pretty decent money for retail and the wokl/life balance is good. You also dont have the bs hours that the task,cashiers and managers have.
Cons
The list goes on about why this company is horrible. On Easter they were the ONLY store that was opened in the shopping center. My store had passive aggressive people and we werent even allowed to hang out outside, there were alot of stupid rules like that. You pretty had to beg them to take a lunch/break. The customers were also the worst and the most difficult Ive ever had to deal with, esp since they had those annoying coupons. They never cared about the quality of work you did, just that you got as much task work done as soon as possible and that their NPS was high. Seriously dont waste your time here, the turnover is very high and unless your willing to sell your soul to them you'll never grow in the company.
