Thanks for your feedback...the challenges of working in a single vertical. Often lots of repetitive tasks to start off with. As team members become more familiar with clients, we find out what strengths each team member brings and then match them up accordingly.

Pros

Decent pay for Sebring and there is no structure so your job changes a lot allowing you to learn very little about a lot of different job roles. You get to meet some decent co workers who will also be miserable so atleast there’s company

Cons

The owner and his wife. The owner will treat you like less than a person while constantly tearing you down in all staff emails or all staff meetings to discuss any “mistakes” or “failures” while never providing actual coaching or feedback or job description. If the owner watches a TV show or reads a book that has a business idea he likes be prepared to come into work with a whole new job more responsibilities and no increase of pay. If you question this be prepared to be ignored for months at end, or if your lucky let go immediately. The wife is a bully and tries to start drama between staff members in the office more than likely because she has no friends of her own and is bored. Be ready to hear petty conversations like “ so an so said your outfit is ugly” or “they said you aren’t very good at your job”. Like, no one is actually saying these things but she’s bored and can’t make any one else cry anymore. The “marketing” is lacking creativity and original ideas as everything they do for clients is “inspired” or “borrowed” from other businesses. If you want to learn everything to do while in business to have a law suit filed against you, then this is the place for you.
