Pros
Good pay , great job security, very clean work environment. Bonuses and profit sharing bonuses at the end of the year.
Cons
Hard to maintain a balance between personal life and work. It's very hard to change to day shift once you've been on the night shift . They have got better with allowing a limited amount of employees to move shifts each year now based on seniority and job performance. With constant growth the company and opening additional buildings the staff and management is stretched a little thin at times.
