Petty office politics. Passive aggressive behavior, etc. UNGODLY work hours. You will work weekends ALL the time. Imagine going to work for a company where the owners & senior management tell you, you are lucky to have a job and your should be grateful. Really??? Ok now imagine a company that anything & everything you do is scrutinized. Every single day. Wow that is sooooo uncool. I worked in finance. I left during Covid in 2020 and no problem finding a job. I know more people who left in accounting & finance in 2021 which is why they suddenly have soooo many openings. Stay clear of this dumpster fire.
