Pros
Everyone is willing to take you under their wing as a mentor. I started a position here in a department I didn't have much experience in, and 6 months in I can say I'm extremely knowledgeable in our tools and processes. For someone as young as I am (24), it's great in terms of setting a bar of organization, seriousness, and professionalism while still giving a great culture where people can kid around every now and then. Having a cafeteria with this level of cooking in it is great - the food is delicious with healthy - or not so healthy if need be - options, and it's extremely cheap (between $2-$6 for a huge meal). The gym downstairs is free and has all of the basics you could need to pop in before or after work.
Cons
As someone who lives in Chicago, I think the only thing missing here is a shuttle to and from the Metra. This would attract a lot more young professionals not inclined to moving to Pleasant Prairie, or who don't have the means to drive an hour every day; and would also keep younger people from leaving the company.
