The job is fulfilling due to the demographic you are working with. Can be rough at times because of their disability but the children are very cute and loving once you get to know them.

MANAGEMENT! o High turnover rate. o Promised 40 hours during interview and have never seen a 40-hour week. o Inconsistent schedule - Constant schedule changes due to clients and fellow employees calling out and/or termination. Sent home early constantly on the days the clients left or overstaffed. o Constant miscommunication between scheduler and on site staff due to the scheduler being in a different time zone and not knowing what would be happening in current time. o Doesn't follow proper protocol. o Termination was discussed with fellow employees. o Termination through email. No phone calls/in person discussion and or followup. o To be paid, you have to certify & submit progress notes for the days worked. No clocking in and out. o Can terminate without proper reason.
