Please do not join the company as everything is toxic now. Lots of cost cutting and slowly changing into a sweatshop - Developer UiPath Employee Review

Pros

Free food, great people, great product, still values and culture remains here and there

Cons

1) Losing its vision and people centric approach. People are being treated as resources and shown the door if you don't toe the line. 2) Lot of benefits which made the company standout and attracted talent is cut 3) The new Leadership team especially in India is treating employees like numbers asking everyone to work 24*7, taking decisions without a discussion, forcing their way of working on everyone 4) It becoming another service based org 5) Your personal space will invaded and you will questioned about your leaves, holiday plans, etc. 6) If you are not close to your boss you are not going anywhere in the company 7) If you are girl/women grow a thick skin as you will be scolded regularly 8) No point in taking it to the HR as they might say you are complaining because you were given a bad rating. 9) People who built the company will be slowly moved out and there is silent attrition and firing of people I do not think it is going to get better or change anytime soon. The good old days are no longer there and there I said it all.

Pros

Good base salary & decent benefits.

Cons

The absolute most abysmal Customer Success Leadership in the Industry. No formal onboarding for a program over 6 years in flight. Former CS leader dropping F bombs on town halls, fumbling through a disarray of clumsy slides month over month with changing priorities and go to market initiatives. New CS Leader kicks off the Fiscal Year talking about themself first, versus listening and understanding the current state. And follows up unable to address concerns raised on a town hall about misalignment between Sales & CS. It’s only going to get worse. Day to day riddled with every collaboration tool in production between Sales & CS, adding to no standardization and further communication breakdown. Zero cohesion & partnership within CS cross Industry, Siloed with brick walls between. Silent RIFs and PIPs are a reality.
