Pros
While working at ugam you can easily learn any secondary languages during work time since work is not that much (depends upon team) , most teams have less pressure and you can easily bluff and learn new things or programming languages
Cons
They will make fake promises during hr interview as well as during work but none will be fulfilled,pls don't believe that. If your shift is 6pm evening to 4 am morning then they will ask you to wait until client logoffs or else they will make you wait for your doubts after the shifts and they also will make you to login before hours since client has logged in 2. Always when client says any negative thing about the team you will be targeted by team leader and manager ,they will waste your time asking how did this mistake happen and they both will have separate calls for 1-2 hour during your shift which will result you to work extra 3. Even if you follow all the process as mentioned above then also they will not support you , they will tell negative things about you to all team members as well as other team managers 4. If you want to work here then go ahead but pls do keep looking out for a job and change it as soon as possible
