      Casual dress, can wear flip flops and shorts what ever........

      Cons

      Terrible management/ownership. Consistent lies and changes to payroll/benefits. No educational ethics. I don't know where they find all these terrible students.

      Pros

      Salary was competitive and fair. My direct report supervisor was involved and a pleasure to work with. The curriculum challenged students to improve their English.

      Cons

      My status went from full-time to part-time several times when enrollment dropped, so the workload each term was not guaranteed.
