      Ubuntu is a place where every team member is valued and the number one priority is doing things the right way for the community Ubuntu serves. It's an amazing place to learn, grow, and produce work you can be proud of.

      Cons

      The team is small. The mission is highly focused. Growth is defined by quality and not quantity, so if your idea of a career path is fast and exponential, this might not be the place for you.
