Pros
Good opportunity to work on different technologies and customer environments.
Supportive teammates who help each other.
A good place to gain hands-on technical experience.
Cons
During my time here, one of the biggest concerns was the lack of support and attention given to our team. Despite consistently handling critical responsibilities and delivering results, our team's efforts often went unnoticed. Decisions regarding resources, priorities, and recognition did not seem to reflect the work our team was contributing.
Management communication lacked transparency, and employees were frequently expected to work long hours to meet tight deadlines. Work-life balance suffered because of unrealistic expectations and insufficient planning.
Career growth and salary appraisals were not aligned with performance. Employees who took on additional responsibilities often received little recognition, making it difficult to stay motivated.
Micromanagement in certain situations reduced trust and ownership, while favoritism in recognition and growth opportunities negatively affected team morale.
Overall, the company has capable engineers and interesting work, but stronger leadership, fair recognition, better support for all teams, and a more transparent performance evaluation process are needed to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
