      Pros

      Tons of autonomy. I've had the opportunity to run my own business unit. I've also had the opportunity to sharpen my analytical skills.

      Cons

      Uber requires me to work long hours but there is definitely a light at the end of the tunnel. Each city is like a startup so you can shape policies in your local office to make things work for you and your team.

      Pros

      I love being able to work around truly passionate people who are ready to change the world. The culture is great, free snacks and food is big plus. I had the opportunity to take ownership of projects within my first month

      Cons

      The hours are much longer than any other job I've worked in, but this is expected to change as we continue hiring more help
