Thank you for the review and feedback. While it's great you call out the tech, benefits, and free credits, I do want to address a few of the cons you mention and how we're improving them. Regarding career advancement, there are projects underway addressing job leveling, job competencies, and improving the internal mobility process. These are all launching over the next few months, so keep an eye out for announcements as we address these areas to improve. Additionally, we've launched two new leadership training programs (UME and Flagship) that are expanding and have had strong feedback so far.
