      Pros

      -A totally different experience where you have something new to learn everyday! -It is full of very talented people -The Company has an out of the box mindset, always open to new ideas to keep improving, so that is also a way you can grow and learn every day -Very results-oriented; they trust the employees and the different ways of working -There is an everyday effort to make employees happy -You can grow as fast as the Company is growing.

      -Lots of work to do.

      Pros

      I love being able to work around truly passionate people who are ready to change the world. The culture is great, free snacks and food is big plus. I had the opportunity to take ownership of projects within my first month

      Cons

      The hours are much longer than any other job I've worked in, but this is expected to change as we continue hiring more help
