Pros
Steady paycheck and good experience depending on what you work on.
Cons
Rampant scapegoating from leadership team and co-workers. Public shaming and putting folks on blast happens regularly, and seemingly with great relish from leadership team and others alike. Entirely too much gossip and nonsense from adult co-workers about others. No mentoring from leadership team. Fear and blame culture perpetuated by management. Non collaborative work environment encouraged by leadership. Poor leadership who engage in demotivating behavior. Leadership that perpetuates throwing employees under the bus to save their own skin, while at the same time taking credit for employee's successes. Attitude, bad behavior, and scapegoating tactics from individuals who should be leading by example. If you have other options, consider them seriously before accepting an offer here. While it's a multicultural workspace, it's also a terrible work environment with the wrong resources in place. Snide comments and demoralizing tactics are effective, and are implemented in full force here. Some don't complain because it's the job they know how the system works and how to work with egotistical leaders. Others complain and decide to leave or are set up to fail and get dismissed. So many things go wrong here because of lack of process and communication. And when things eventually go wrong, people are thrown under the bus. The phrase "thrown under the bus" is used commonly here.
